Where is Odysii Design Based?

Our small studio is based in the United States. More specifically, Cleveland, Ohio.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. Items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of receiving it from shipping provider. Item must be returned exactly as it was packaged.

When will I get my order?

We make all of our products to order. That means production on your piece begins once you place your order.

Depending on which design you choose, this could be between 2 - 6 weeks.

We always provide detailed updates on the process so you'll know exactly when your order ships out!
Shipping takes around 2 - 7 business days.

During higher volume periods, we may require more time to process your order. We will reach out to you if this is the case.

Do You Have Any Warranty?

We offer a 3-month manufacturer's warranty on our items. If any problems should occur, we will replace the problem components or items. For communication around warranty, please email quinphilipp@gmail.com

Do You Have A Physical Store?

We do not have a physical brick-and-mortar store, but if you're local and want to pick up your piece at our studio, you're welcome to book a time to pick it up!

What If My Product Arrives Damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your lamp arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

For any minor scrapes or dents that happen over time, we also provide a small repair kit to refurbish the plaster coating to keep it pristine!


Is Your Finish Non-Toxic?

We use a polyurethane finish on our wood that is considered non-toxic. The plaster coating we use is a 100% natural stone mixture as well.
